GLANST 2024 - Global Symposium on Lead and Lead Alloy Cooled Nuclear Energy Science and Technology
GIF LFR provisional System Steering Committee (pSSC) would like to invite master students & doctoral students, industry representatives, university researchers and representatives of other interested organizations to discuss recent progress and future on Lead-cooled Fast Reactors (LFRs) and Accelerator Driven Subcritical Systems (ADSs).
Technical Topics related to LFR/ADS
Presentations by participants and invited experts from LFR developers will cover the following topics:
1) Thermal-hydraulics & Safety
2) Material & Coolant Chemistry
3) Neutronics & Core Design
4) Modelling & Simulations
5) Experiments & V&V of numerical tools

There is no registration fee for the event.
Registration forms and Extended Abstracts should be submited directly to ENEA by writting to them ( direzione.nuc-ener [at] enea.it ).
Timeline:
- Registration and Extended Abstract (2 pages): by July 30, 2024
- Review and Notification: by August 23, 2024
- Presentation Material: by September 24, 2024
